About WanderTrust

WanderTrust is a travel brand that curates and organises customisable, individual trips and surprise getaways for travellers seeking a premium experience.

The Situation

WanderTrust sells customisable trips and surprise getaways, a premium product bought on trust, from a brand the traveller has usually never met in person.

The engagement underneath it was inconsistent. For a travel brand, that is more damaging than a low follower count: people plan trips over weeks and months, and a page that appears and disappears is not there at the moment the decision gets made.

The Objective

To convert inconsistency into stability, continuous engagement, organic lead generation, and content good enough to justify a premium, surprise-led product.

The Implementation

Content was put on a dependable rhythm, so the brand is present across the whole length of a travel decision rather than in bursts. Stability is the product here as much as the trips are: a brand you are trusting with a surprise getaway has to look like it will still be there next month.

The content itself leaned on authentic, high-quality travel experiences rather than stock aspiration, because a surprise trip is sold on the believability of what arrives, not on a generic beach.

Paid social widened the top of the funnel, while the organic feed did the work of turning interest into enquiries, which is why form submissions moved alongside reach rather than lagging behind it.

What This Means for Similar Brands

In considered-purchase categories, the metric that matters is not a spike but a floor: the level of engagement you hold every week.

Raise the floor and the commercial effects follow, profile visits, followers and enquiries all move together, because the audience finally has a brand that is present when they are ready.

Key takeaway

For anything bought slowly, showing up consistently beats showing up loudly.
