Momo Mami
Momo Mami wanted to eliminate the confusion between multiple brands that function under it’s parent company – BluePine Foods. They wanted their page to have a balanced theme of product showcase, customer experiences and founder feature and then monetize it by driving sales in their outlets via META Ads.

Services
As seen on shark tank, Momo Mami is brand that provides authentic Darjeeling style momo to its customers. Curated by Aditi Bhutia Madan itself, they serve traditionally prepared, handcrafted momo in all their outlets.
In the QSR space, most brands don’t struggle with demand, they struggle with predictable demand. Momo Mami, featured on Shark Tank India, was facing strong weekend sales but inconsistent weekday footfall, along with fluctuating performance across Swiggy and Zomato.
Despite having a strong product and visibility, the brand lacked consistent revenue across channels and was also seeing a slowdown in bulk (B2B) orders.
To build a system that drives consistent daily sales while strengthening brand positioning and reviving additional revenue channels.
We began by focusing on hyperlocal demand generation, targeting users within close proximity to the outlets to drive immediate walk-ins and orders. This ensured that the brand stayed relevant in everyday consumption decisions rather than just weekend spikes.
Alongside this, the communication was repositioned to move beyond generic food promotions and highlight what truly differentiated the brand - its authentic Darjeeling taste, a more health-forward perception, and a range of innovative offerings.
This was supported by a structured performance marketing approach with a weekly ad spend of ₹20,000, optimised to drive a balance between in-store footfall, aggregator orders, and overall brand discovery.
To further strengthen visibility, content was designed in a way that encouraged customer interaction, including tagging, sharing, and repeat exposure, helping the brand build organic momentum alongside paid efforts.
For QSR and food brands operating in competitive markets, this approach demonstrates how consistent weekday revenue can be built instead of relying only on weekend spikes. It also reduces over-dependence on aggregator platforms by creating direct demand and stronger local recall.
At the same time, improved visibility and positioning can unlock additional revenue streams such as events, catering, and bulk orders, turning a single-channel business into a more diversified growth system.

Sustainable growth in QSR comes from building a system that drives consistent demand across channels, rather than relying on short-term spikes in sales.
